“STRIKE!” cheered Jessica.
It’s been years since she and her friends got a chance to hit the lanes. Whether bowling for relaxation, letting off some steam, or on a date, bowling is a great way to unwind or break the ice when you’re getting to know someone. Everyone across all ages loves the sport of bowling and, at Wheat Ridge Lanes; you can bowl with your family, on a league, or with a group of friends every Tuesday-Sunday. Whatever reasons you’re bowling with us, and whatever time of day, we’re happy to share our history and passion for bowling with you.

Wheat Ridge Lanes first opened in 1958 and has a strong tradition within the community. Spencer Frame bought the bowling alley from Dave Hanscom, who bought it from his dad in 1999. When Spencer heard it was for sale, he knew he had to keep this historic spot intact so it wouldn’t go the way of other alleys. So, he quit his 10-year career as an elementary teacher and changed gears. Today, Spencer

keeps the legacy that make Wheat Ridge what it’s always been, a place where folks can bowl on 12 well kept lanes, enjoy well crafted food and drinks, enjoy a sports game, or play a variety of entertaining games, all at affordable prices.

At Wheat Ridge Lanes, we are a staple in the community for entertainment and fun. We are a first come, first serve establishment and don’t take reservations. So, get here early to grab your lane or enjoy an ice cold beverage in our tavern while you wait! For safety, we are responsive to current guidelines and follow all protocols to ensure a clean, healthy, environment for our patrons.

Your support of our local bowling alley is greatly appreciated, and we hope to share our love of the sport with our community for many years into the future. We have leagues every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 6:30-10:00 and Sunday from 12:00-3:00. ALL other times we would love to have you visit us for open bowling! Our pricing is $5.50 per person per game and $6.00 for shoes. Wheat Ridge Lanes: (303) 420-2523,
